The 2nd 25th Judicial District ISF is a short term residential community corrections facility utilized primarily as a sentencing option directed toward those offenders who, through their dysfunctional lifestyle, cannot comply with their conditions of probation, and/or choose to neglect the responsibilities imposed by the sentencing court or supervision officer.

The ISF is designed to assist offenders in changing antisocial attitudes, feelings, peer association and behavior by identifying with anti-criminal role models and providing skills training in self-control and self management through behavioral, cognitive and social learning principles programs.

Building a better future.
From the desk of the Director
Our program equips offenders with the tools to make positive self- changes in a secure controlled environment, while giving back to the community through community service work.  These elements make the ISF both rehabilitative and punitive in nature thus, making it an appealing sentencing option for the courts.
